Size up

Overview:

This is a game jam submission made in about a day. There's a lot that went to the cutting room floor but it has a working gameplay loop which you'll hopefully find fun for the very short playtime at least :)

Note: In keeping with the Jam rules, I posted a bugfixed version, please use that one to play. The original release is labelled as such in the downloads.

How to Play:

After starting the game, go to the blue robot to trigger the ring collection main game loop. If you fail, try going to the blue robot again to retry. If you succeed you can walk around but there's not much to do as I couldn't finish the game beyond that in time for the submission.

Controls:

WASD - Movement

Mouse movement - Control camera

Space - Jump

Story:

A scientist at the end of his rope unlocks the secrets of miniaturisation but in his excitement drops the ray gun and miniaturised his assistant robot, Nano. Nano has to find the energy rings to restore himself to size before time runs out.
